In late spring of this year, my wife and I began to research pool contractors for a project proposed at our residence. We met with approximately six pool contractors and selected Dixon Pool and Spa based on previous experiences that I have had with them and extremely positive references. I personally have ten years experience in Planning and Zoning and have inspected a significant number of pools in the last ten years for compliance with various zoning regulations. In addition, I have worked 8 to 10 cases involving non-permitted pools and fairly unscrupulous pool companies. Dixon Pool and Spa does NOT fall in the previous category. I arrived on your "doorstep" just before Thanksgiving, desperate for help with my "Craig's List" purchased hot tub. You took time to find the right filter, test my water and give me advice on which chemicals to use to maintain the water. A week later you helped us get the filter housing open and gave us more advice. Your patience with us and willingness to help with a used hot tub was very commendable!!
I just wanted to let you know that your advice was excellent and I have enjoyed crystal clear water since refilling the tub.
